Each is different and unique but has the same basic design. Each heart comes with a stainless steel 30’’ ball chain. I leave the chain long so you can cut it the length you’d like.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have 30 days to try the ring out. Should you decide to return it for any reason, I will gladly refund your money upon return of the ring.

WILL THESE TARNISH?
Yes. These floating hearts are made from silver-plated silverware. The silver will tarnish. One trick of the trade is to clean them with toothpaste. In my shop I mix a touch of baking soda with dawn soap and they clean right up.

IS THE SILVERWARE MADE FROM A MOLD?
Your floating heart is made from the actual silverware, not a remake from a mold. It is really cool to think about the conversations had over the dinner table while using your specific piece. Was it given as a wedding gift? What were the politics of the time? Some patterns have lived through the Model T car, the Prohibition, the 19th Amendment, both World Wars, and so on ...

SHIPPING?
I use USPS for shipping within the United States. To make sure your order arrives to you ASAP, I drive to the Post Office daily to make sure they get out just as soon as they are ready. I make sure the Post Office starts their tracking from the moment I drop it off. I do not offer refunds or new items for packages that track as delivered. I haven't had any problems with this because USPS has been good to my customers.
