This birdhouse comes with a 30" stainless steel bamboo/ball chain. I keep the chain long because you can easily shorten it by merely clipping off as many ball beads as needed.

You have 30 days to try the item. Should you decide to return it for any reason, I will gladly refund your money upon return of the item.

SHIPPING?
I use USPS for shipping within the United States. To make sure rings arrive to you ASAP, I drive to the Post Office daily to make sure they get out just as soon as they are ready. I make sure the Post Office starts their tracking from the moment I drop it off. I do not offer refunds or new items for packages that track as delivered. I haven't had any problems with this because USPS has been good to my customers.
